Had a great weekend with my family of eight at paras farms. The farm is nicely located near a small village called ‘tillora’, which is a good place to catch up the early morning village life, have breakfast and chat with the locals. You can also do short treks to few other sights like the Tincha falls.

Dr. Manjari was a good host and was very quick to respond to my queries, even on the festive day of holi. It was getting rather hot in end of March and she was thoughtful enough to have arranged for an air cooler, without us asking for it.

The farm care taker ‘Babu’ lives on site with his family and they attend to all your needs promptly. We requested them to prepare the local ‘Dal Baati’, which was lip smacking and also turned out to be a great experience for kids to try their hands on traditional way of cooking it.
